Did Some Painting...
Here are some pics of my progress of painting the headlight pockets, license plate panel, calipers and drums....

I enjoy taking an old rusted piece of metal and painting it so it looks new, but I think red on the drums is not the greatest idea. You want to see disc brakes, not drums. When someone looks at your car from a distance, they will think that your're rear wheels are red and the fronts are silver.

That, and it's ugly. Paint them black and leave the front calipers red, it will look much better

Looks good, but I would paint the drums aluminum color if anything different than stock.

Headlights look good, but I also hate painted drums. Drums are not something I would want to show off or be proud of. If I had drums, I'd be trying to hide them as best as possible.
I think, in general, body colored headlight pockets do look better. Black headlight pockets can look good for darker colored cars though. So, for your cicumstance you should have the pockets the same color of your car, front end will look much cleaner. I agree with everbody else, however, about the drum brake thing.

I like the look of the black headlight covers and the drums in my opinion should be black though. your car looks almost like mine does so of course Im going to like it

I think it looks pretty good, I ain't gonna dogg on the drums. It's your car and you can do what you want with it..... buuuuuut, I think it needs to be lowered - ASAP
I painted the drums on my car and I think they look bad a$$. I think they make my car match with the rest of the body. I think your paint job looks good. I was also thinking about repainting the wheel wells also, to get rid of the nasty dirt coating that is resident on there now. But I park my car on gravel everyday so it would just be right back there the next day. Oh well.
