Jay4Speed, It looks like your car has a complete fiberglass front end in your sig, or are those replacement panels except for the hood.

Guess you didn't notice the lady on the side walk and someone yelling HEY at the end. All I'm trying to say is take the burnouts on non populated streets without cars on the sides and people on the sidewalks. Too much of a risk of hurting or killing someone.

Devianb,
Sorry those are primered factory panels except the hood is a harwood lift off. I'm trying to find the time and the money to prep and paint it.

Just my .02, sorry if you don't agree.
Jay

I am not hearing her yell. And he was almost stopped already because of the stop sign where the lady was located.

Anyways, you have a valid point though I was just adding some info

After thinking about, I didn't mean to sound like the internet police and I could have phrased my point in a better manner. I owe you an apology for being sarcastic, vortech. Your car does sound very strong.

I said this because I used to goto the illegal street races every weekend to watch and race my camaro. We'd race on a 2 lane highway a ways out of town with people and cars lined up down both sides the street. The last night I went was a few years ago. A street bike CBR900RR, was going pretty fast and building up more steam as he was coming down the street. A yellow convertible Vette pulled out right in front of him and the motorcycle ended up flipping over the entire car and the guy landed about 80 yards down the street and right in front of me. Needless to say he was dead. He didn't move one bit after he slid to a stop. We all scattered just like a police bust and I have never been back since. The story was in the paper that sunday. He didnt make it. Broke his neck.

I know your situation here is different and I overreacted, but sometimes you can't take back your mistakes or say your sorry when someone dies. Since I have seen that, I don't take chances driving nuts or racing on the streets.

Anyway, nice car it sounds good! Please be carefull.
Jay

Thanx, I really didnt mean to harm anyone, It was a 5 sec. thing, and i made sure no one was on the street, The person that yelled was my neighbor,he was watching from the steps. Anyway the car is a 92' camaro which was orginally a 3.1 auto and changed to a modified 305 TPI(not TBI ) w/ 5 speed, As of now this is the 3rd t-5 thats going, so now im doing a t-56 conversion, once thats done, im gonna install a 95' z28 Rearend with 3.42 gears and order a N-O-S kit, I took it to the track and his a 14.8 with 2.7 0-60ft times, which means gotta learn to take off the line and im not hooking up at 1st or 2nd even under diff. RPM's. So i just ordered the drag radials, I think its gonna be great to hit high 13's with a N/A 305, of couse i cant say anything till i hit that mark in 2 weeks, after that comes in the nitrous.
