At least your front end doesn't look nearly as bad as the Cougar.

Why the HELL out I laugh at the cougar?? He didnt do anything wrong and I was seriously afraid the guy was injured, because I thought the truck had made a direct impacts into his pass fender.

What's worse is that NO ONE can get any money from the ****er who caused this because the ******* has no insurance.

Think about what you want to type in before you type it. I don't think that was nice at all.

Wow, that really sucks, especially since you just got it painted and this ******* has no insurance. Just be glad your damage isn't similar to the Cougar

thats what i was thinkin.....now you have the perfect chance to switch to a z28 or IROC nose, or newer RS nose. Just anyoone of the smooth noses.

Anyway, i guess it could have been much worse. the truck could have been going faster and hit the cougar harder and damaged you car bad. Or if you had left a few seconds earlier, because of a delayed start or something the truck could have rammed right into your side! you should consider yourself lucky, which i guess you do...

That's what i was thinking.........nice opportunity to do so.........even though it's a PITA to have an accident...............

Can't you sue the guy who has no insurance......

well **** dont get your pantiez all in a wad over what I typed. I mean there was no story above to go by on what happen. Dont know why but my first reaction to some things is to laugh. Like seeing an old lady fall out of her car while trying to get out @ a parking lot. I just think that kinda **** is funny. Well I'll just blame it on the rock music. Well I have to go jam the guitar now and sing about how ****e.d my life is and how I laugh at others misfortunes. Not that I'm laughing @ you or anything but the cougar guy who didnt care about the wreck deserves some laughing @ for that reson alone.

Hm....I can see the lady falling down...ehehehe '_'

The story of what happened is in another thread all together. Titled: Dear *** my new paint is ruined! Damn people! <-- i was having a moment.

Ohhhhhh yes......I don't want another kind of nose, or GFX's...I just want the car to be the car...*nod* something that I love and is stock....

Although a LOUD V8 would have been nice earlier when i was trying to intimidate this woman who let her kid CHASE MY CAR. Told her the girl needed to be careful doing that and I NEARLY told her that's how dogs get killed...chasing cars. That had nothing to do with the accident, but it made me ANGRY.

!!! thats crazy, glad no one was hurt badly, but thats messed up that he doesnt have insurance.. can you sue him or something? or are you going to have to pay all of it to get that fixed? on the bright side with your paint being so new itll be easy to match

There would be no point in trying to sue....the man probably cant pay for the damage to my car and he sure as hell cant afford a new car for the other guy. I'm sure the actual OWNER of the truck was REAAAAAALLY happy when she found out what happened to the truck she didnt feel like insuring.

Well, whatever happens with the paint....happens I guess. But I will not take the car back if the paint colors dont match.

No insurance? So what?

Where do you live? Cuase where I live even if you're not insured you still gotta pay for damages out of your own pocket. I know this becuase when I was young and stupid (and I still am) I drove my Camaro out with no insurance becuase I had just gotten. Unluckily I hit an old lady's Buick.

Damages where around 1300 dollars and I paid every cent of it. Go to court or somethin man, don't just let that truck driver get away with it that easy.

Around here there are a lot of people who drive with no insurance, and I'm sure this guy was an illegal alien. Our insurance said they'd go after the guy after all is said and done but I really don't think they'll get anything out of anyone.

It's around 1500 no to fix my car but the Cougar was totalled and I KNOW the guy cant replace that car let alone pay 1500 for my damages.

The prson who owns the truck is also responsible when something happens with their vehicle so even if the guy driving can`t pay for the damages the lady who owns it should
