wheel appearance help!

well i'm selling my rims so i can fit my brake setup.

i need to come up with something that will look nice and look like the car should have came that way.

is there anyone out there that has pictures of thirdgens with chrome 10 spoke ss wheels, chrome z06 wheels, or any other chrome wheel that is spaced out some or has a nice deep dish to show the brakes.

i want something that will look good 5 years from now on the car so crazy billet wheels and the like are out of the question.

if anyone can photoshop something i would greatly appreciate it. there are other pics on my page that might work better but here's one just as an idea.

What about some sort of aftermarket 5-spoke design...

Nothing too crazy, just some straight spokes.......

I say Y2K C5's (the best rims you can put on a 3rd gen camaro imo) or chrome Z06's

Do you want a stock look or an aftermarket look? If you can afford it (I know I cant) HRE wheels are a good choice. They even make some that look kinda like Z06 wheels but have a deep dish like you want. Fatal88 has those wheels I think.

I definitely like the look of the chrome ones above.....that pic gives you a pretty good idea of how they'd look on yours. I don't think the rims on that yellow corvette would look as good on your car.

i never really ever liked those 10 spoke wheels, imho you cant go wrong w/ a five spoker. mdFormula350s pic is the best by far.:hail:

it's such a toss up, if i didn't have the large brakes on the car i might just stick with my rims. the larger surface area really shines nicely.

but i think with the combo they might look nice, that angle doesn't show the true reflection those rims would be giving off either. definately gives an idea though.

yeah, after that photoshop job with those vette wheels there's no way i would consider them.

i wish there was a place that you could rent wheels out for a week. i think with the 18's the z06 will look great in chrome with the nice big brakes backing up the look. it's an expensive gamble to make that's for sure.

they only make those ss wheels in 17" correct?

what's the point to 17/18 setups?
