Any experience with autografics decals?

Ok, I need new decals for my trans am after i got it painted last year. These autografics ones caught my eye, and they are at www.autografics.com. Any one try a set of these? I need the two trans am ones for my sides, one for the back, and Id love to put the 5.7 Liter HO one on my back bumper where a 5.0 Liter one wouldve been had my car not been born with the LG4. These are much cheaper than NOS ones, and are deemed necessary after a conversation with my mother. I showed her the decals, shes like "you should put trans am ones on it, whos gonna know its not a real trans am." Well, the car is a real trans am, and I think it needs the decals back on it anyways. Also what color do you guys think, Ive got a black car with an 80's type color silver stripes on it, and want a silver shade, but cant decide whether to go with satin silver or medium gray. Heres a pic of the car. The stripes have pinstripes around them, but my resolution sucks and they are reflecting a bit much and appear white, but they are a grayish silver.

I did business with autographics.com. They did all the graphics that are on my car. They are great quality and shipping was reasonably quick. Check out my avatar. I can also post pictures later if you would like.

i got a set from autografics as well for my TA after the 92-> 85-90 gfx conversion. they're very good quality items, the only catch is if you're doing a restoration or anything, they're not exact replicas. size/shape are correct, but the GM decals are painted onto the back of clear vinyl, these are actually colored vinyl, and no clear overlay holding them together. 5 of 6 went on very well for me, one of the birds started to debond itself and tear a little, i don't think it ever set up correctly, but i had an extra (no sail panels on a conv) and it wasn't a big deal.

I ordered them, I only need the trans am ones and the one that says 5.7 liter HO for my car. Ive got those cheap birds from pep boys on my sail panels right now, and I love the way they look iver the stock ones. Will post pics when I get them on the car.

Did they let you order just the trans am and the 5.7 liter stickers??? I may need to order some new 5.7 stickers when I get done with my engine swap. I would also like to get some more birds for other things. How much did that run you?

Hood/Rocker Decals are .....$9.99 pair for 5.7 Liter FI standard color...$14.99 for Metallic color....$19.99 for reflective color.......and yes you can buy just the individual decals for your ride instead of buying the whole set...........

I opted for the kit, as it costs the same as the decals woulda ran me. I paid 30 bucks for the complete set. However Ive got some badges with it I dont need, but what the hell the three pairs decals I needed cost 30 and I figure maybe I could sell the windshield banner for like 5 bucks or so and now I have spare sail birds.

While we are on the topic, does anyone know where I can buy the striping that goes all the way around the car on an 86 Trans am? Red/silver

Try www.decalking.com

That's where I'm going to get my decals from.
