Sorry, no pics on this computer but if you do a search for tachs on this board you might find mine, I mounted it on the a-pillar.
Argh, i'm on probation and can't post any attachments so i'll try to describe. I mounted my 5 inch auto-meter tach to the roof right between the t-tops close to the front window on my 89. It looks really good there, easy to see. i mounted the shift light on the top left corner.

Thanks. I can't take all the credit. There was a board member that had the idea of putting there, and then somehow making the **** part of the lighter fit over the front to conceal it more. I didn't want to go that far.

where does everyone find the speedometer from autometer ive been checking summit and jegs and such but i cnat find me a speedo, i will go for the cobalt or the phnatom, but i prefer the black not white background gauges, thanks for any help.
Joshua: Is that a 4th Gen steering wheel or just a newer 3rd Gen wheel? I would really like to update mine so I'm wondering if that style of wheel would bolt right up to a 1987? The dash looks great BTW.

Its a factory 91 steering wheel. I just sold it though to a board member who had his air bag deploy. I want a different one. Its to big to me.
Thanks Joshua...I just wanna change and I'd rather have a Camaro-style wheel than an aftermarket one. The only aftermarket wheel I've ever liked is the billet flame one from Billet Specialties...but I didn't feel like forking out $600USD. Regardless, thanks.

I am more worried about finding a wheel that is about the same diameter. I don't like the little 13" ones. I thought about getting one off of ebay from an old SS Chevelle, or the lat 70's Camaro's.
