Man, those do look fantastic! Is your car lowered??....If so.....what springs did you use? What size of tires did you end up mounting the rims on? Did you have to get wheel adapters for the 17 inch rims? The reason I'm asking.....(even though the application might be different) is that I really want to get a set of the Amercan Racing Torq Thrust II's for my 91 Z28.....but..I really dont want to fork out the extra money for wheel adapters and stuff......if I have to get adapters...I'll probably just get a set of the 16 inch Torq's.......

Thanks for the compliments guys, I was a little unsecure about using chrome rinms, but I like how they look. I think I'l keep my stock IROCS, in case I get bored of the chromed ones.
Is your car lowered??....If so.....what springs did you use?

Yes, the car is lowered, I dont know what kind of springs it has, cause I bougth the car that way, but I'd say it has been lowered from 2 to 3 inches.
Did you have to get wheel adapters for the 17 inch rims?

No, I did'nt have to use adapters, and they don't rub at all.
.
What size of tires did you end up mounting the rims on?

The tires are 245-45-ZR17 all around

No, because w/ the lower profile tire (245/45/17) on the new wheels the overall diameter is pretty much the same as the stock 16 X 8 wheels w/ 235/55/16 tires.

Hi 85sportcoupe, I got the IROC a little more than a year ago.

Js92rs is right, the the 245-45-17 tire is the same higth as the 245-50-16 that I had before.
Good luck with your shop 85SportCoupeto89RS
