So, did anyone else go in with you or were you the only one to buy a kit? Well, i finally got to my taxes last week and i am only getting $250 back and i owe the state $24!! So i definately did not have the extra cash. Kinda glad i did not go and charge one onto my card. Good luck with the install. later

hey maniacc, who did the air box on your car, i am looking to do the exact same thing or copy yours. But only thing is, i got the miniram and it sits lower than the tpi. You think the place that did yours could do one for me? and how much did it run you? I have a SS hood coming in about a month and figure it would work out perfect with that air box.
Derfrank,
The air box was made by Street Dreams in Wayne, Mi.
Give them a call. 734-722-9465 .....8 to 5 mon thru fri (EST).
The air box cost roughly $450. but i took them my car so they could use it to size the box....and also paint the car.
I know they are building another box for someone in Georgia(i think)...because they have mine right now...

thanks, i'm gonna give them a call next week and ask they if they can do another one. I wonder how they would get it to work with the miniram since the miniram sits so much lower than the tpi. How does the air box get supported, it would move around if it was just clamped on to the hose to the procharger. thanks for getting me that information though, i'm definetely contact them and possibly order it if they can get it to work with the miniram.

The owner of Street Dreams has a '89 iroc vert w/mini-ram and a D1 procharger. (you might have seen it on the cover of super chevy, about a year ago.)
So i think he might be able to do something for ya...

Oh i'm still gonna race ya... don't worry about that. All summer long Hooters has cruise ins every thursday evening... It'd be cool to get a decent sized thirdgen crowd up there. It's usually nothin but stangs and classics.

Steven Hunt? Drop top fever or something to that effect? Nice *** car. Ya see, that is the problem with some magazine articles, they do not tell you sh it! You can see that his motor has a miniram on it or maybe even a polished lt1 intake, but his article says nothing about the induction, besides that it is s/c'ed. Magazine articles don't always give a complete story, at all! I have been wanting to contact him about his Viper t56 swap. Was wondering how it is holding up, various parts needed, stuff like that. Maybe i'll give him a call, maybe. later guys

nah, i'm not going insane, i've been staring at these AFR 210's for about 2 months now, so i doubt the procharger will drive me crazy.
