Let it dry and it won't wash off.
The clear sounds like a good idea, wish I had thought of that.
As far as how it turns out, I started with a very light coat of spray, then did 3-4 more coats allowing each coat to dry.

i did that too... i just let it dry for a few hours and in a few spots its thicker than others. at those spots the light shines through red instead of orange... i think i'm defentally going to clear coat them now.

thats just for the taillights to do it on the inside, doubt its even worth the effort to try doing it on the inside on the turn signals

the clear plastic front of the turn signals is glued onto its black base and its ridiculous to try and get off, its probably a lot easier with a dremel though

yup, couldnt separate the lense from the rest of the light... or else i would have. but it would probably have still had some shine to it which i didnt like. now its just a dark pit that somewhat resembles a turn signa. but its kooool!
Ok people... YOU DO NOT DO THE TAIL LIGHTS FROM THE INSIDE! I don't know which person started that crap but they are dead wrong. You paint the outside of the light, just like you do with the turn signals.

do a search more people have had better results painting the inside of the lenses because it helps the paint last longer. i'm sure you could do it either way though. do a search more people prefered to paint the inside especially if its a camaro.

are u guys talking about the little ones on the fenders or the or the ones under the light.
cause my front ones are red. the bulbs are red in the ones under the headlights and they look really good i think.

both lights... i just did the front turn signals, if you spray enough niteshade on it makes the light red anyway... its friggin awesome looking. once my clear side markers in (3 or 4 days) i'm niteshading them and using an amber bulb, or a LED... i'll probably use the bulb since throwing in a LED requires resistors and junk, which i dont know how to do. maybe i'll post pics
