Need opinions on spoiler and paint job

Here are a couple pics of my 91 Firebird. I just got the ram air II hood on it about 3 weeks ago and kinda notice that the body line of the hood doesn't match the stock spoiler that well. I have finally gotten the checks from my insurance company for my two accidents that happened in August of last year (yes I said August). The accidents were both within a week of each other. One was a tanker truck came into my lane and sideswiped me. The other was when I was in a strip club with a friend, and someone backed into my passenger side door and took off. They caught him though luckily. I was thinking about doing something different with the paint. I'd like to keep it the same dark red color but I was thinking of maybe something like ghost flames or something unique. Can I ask for your opinions and suggestions on both the paint job and the spoiler?? Photoshopped ideas are definitely welcomed. Thanks.

My car is almost the same thing as yours, except I got the ram air 1 hood. I say go for the 4th gen spoiler. That's what I plan to go with, it seems tall enough to match the lines of the high cowl of the ra hoods.

Hey pat,

Where did you get your hood from?? I like the fourth gen spoiler with that hood. The flames however I would not do, that is only my opinion. I would paint it a dark red like you are talking but make it metallic!! I am ready to purchase a ram air II hood for mine and would like to find the best place to get it!! Later

I bought my hood from ASCD for pretty cheap. They have their summer sale still going on until the end of the month I believe so you can still get in on that. IMO, I think the 4th gen spoiler would be the best bet as well.

Hood cost 435 from ASCD plus 75 in shipping. You need to call them and tell them it's for the summer sale promotion. I'm seriously considering the ghost flames, just wanna see how much they'd cost along with my body work. It should be taken care of in about a month or so I'm hoping, but with me being on active duty, I kinda need my car. Plus I hate carpooling to work.

You need to get a 4th gen look-a-like spoiler. It will bring your car in to the 2000's

91-92 high rise spoiler and flames...maybe blue. i got the new issue of MMFF (yeah yeah i know it's ford...i got a 2 year subscription a while ago and it's not up yet) and on the front cover is a badass pic of dark red stang, and he got blue flames painted over it. don't know if that sounds cool or not, but it was one of my fav. paint jobs i've seen
