The GTS ones use this plastic velcro type dealy that you attach to the lights and the covers

Mine are smoked. I've never seen the carbon fibre ones before.

Hey you can use fingernail polish remover to take off those white GTS logos for a more blacked out look. And I agree blackouts on a black car are the way to go.
