Zaino guys, quick question...

I just got my kit today and only had time to put two coats of Z-5. How can the car look any better??? It looks sooo good now!! I cant imagine it looking much better, and I havent even gotten to put any Z-2 on it.

Anyways, how much do you use to do 1 coat? I have the ZFX and the 2 oz bottles. I got 2 full coats of Z-5 out of 1oz of Z-5, is that typical?

Here is another, how many coats do you do? I was thinking 2 more coats of Z-5, then start in on the Z-2

4 coats of each is a little overkill I think, but it is the first thing my new paint job has ever seen, so I want it protected very well..

you can't have too many coats of Zaino. Keep doing what you are doing and you should be alright.

Did you use the Z-1 polish lock first ?

Im up to 25 or so coats now, keep it up. Dont use it like it regular polish, a little goes a long way

I dont use Z-1, I upgraded to the ZFX. So each coat dries in 30 minutes. The car looks really good with jsut 2 coats of Z-5. I dont see how it can look any better using Z-2 on top, I'll have to find out!!!

"For optimum paint finish results, Z-1™ Polish Lok must be used before applying Show Car Polishes Z-2, Z-3 or Z-5"

Q: I'd like to try out Zaino polish, what's the minimum I should try?

A: You need minimally ZFX or Z-1 (ZFX is better)

Please note: ZFX™ Flash Cure Accelerator Additive replaces Z-1™ Polish Lok and is superior to Z-1™ Polish Lok. Z-1™ Polish Lok is NOT necessary when using ZFX™ Flash Cure Accelerator Additive. See the ZFX™ Flash Cure Accelerator Additive page for details.

I admit Im behind the times, my apologies

The Z-1 bottle looks like the Z-2 one, I have put Z-1 on by mistake twice now, I think I will toss it out the window.
