here I photoshopped mine with 18" rial wheels (and it's about 2" lowered). I made them black by myself. I think I like it, but I'm not that sure:lala:

blue cars with black rims look bad IMO. when i had my 89 it had it painted medium quasar blue, it had black rims with polished edges at the time, look really bad. but only had to deal with it for two days till i got my new rims. personally silver or chrome rims on a blue car look good

There's that fourth gen pic somewhere, sorry I don't have it on this computer. It had stripes IIRC, looked bad ***.

i thought about getting the black ZR1 wheels with the polished lip. my car is blue and i have sportline springs. i think the wheels would look good with the stance. someone should photoshop em on my car...

Uhmm I dont have any pics, but the other day I saw a 91/91 RS that was dark metallic blue and it had the 15 in (which i usually HATE) camaro rims that were completely powdercoated black. It changed my outlook on getting chrome rims. Now im thinking...black powdercoated 18in TT 2's? Also there was someone on here that had a blue maro with black crosslaced gta wheels with a polished lip. Looked pretty good too, I cant remember his name tho.

You would need a darker blue paint [like Navy Blue Metallic] to pull off black/gun metal wheels. There's a cavalier in my area that has the dark blue color available on cavaliers and gun metal wheels, I think it looks killer with the combo.
Hint: Gun metal/black wheels look best on dark blues, red, silvers, whites, blacks.

Its hard to tell from the pic but that firebird is a dark blue. My car is a Dark Blue Mettalic. I would have went with the navy blue shade, but C5s and 4th gens already have it! I wanted it to be a little different. Besides, the navy blue looked a little too purple for my taste. Anyway, i tend to agree with your "hint" Johnny, but its still just an opinion of yours and mine. Have you seen some of the cars on this site? I know that i do not like every one of them and i could say that i hate a few, but thats what it is all about, personal opinion and preferance. So, can anyone do a photoshop for me? thanks
