What also makes me wonder is this: Rex ahs obviously had no previous contact with this person aside from his "entry" into the drawing. Now, the entry was due yesterday. How would Rex know his TGO name if it didnt even exist yesterday?
Another thing I noticed, the lack of entusiasm in his post. If I won a free hood, youd bet your *** that Id be a hell of alot happier, and I sure would show it. Lastly, the lack of enthusiasm, smilies, and feelings reminds me too much of someone else...
A simple IP trace could lend all the answers...

I was wondering the same thing. Seems kinda weird how he could win and this happens to be his first post....sounds a lil fishy to me.
edit: there is also no info in his profile.. no location, car type, model etc. no instant messanger info nothing? weird.

Rex announced the winner 29 minutes after you became a member. How can this be?

Josh, just because the IP's dont match, doesent mean theyre not from the same area. Go into the dos prompt, and type "tracert" the a space followed by the IP. You should be able to decipher a location from the information listed.

yea Im not sure how he could be so timid about winning also. I know if I won I would be ecstatic and would show it, especially since my hood is totally messed up...If this wasn't so fishy I wouldn't be posting anything other than my original congrats. but this def. weird.

If this is the kind of contest he run's it makes you wonder what kind of a buisness man he is? maybe the complaints about his company are valid? How obvious can you make it, your RINGER wasn't even a member until after the entry deadline...........

Notice the lack of correct punctuation and propper capitalization in wowcolor's response... remind you of anyone else?

This ain't right. The contest entries were due at the end of yesterday. The guy signed up today. Therefore he was NOT a member of this message board until today.
How can he win the hood if he signed up THE DAY the winner was supposed to be announced?

Suddenly this link hits home: https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=209287
I emailed Rex and asked the same question and everyone should bomb his email to find out how it happened! He said that he had someone helping him with entries a few days ago, because he was getting backed up, well you may have wowcolor (the helper).; This sucks.....I don't mind not winning, if it's fair and square. BUT THIS.
