need opinions *pic inside*

hey everyone...

ill be getting my turdgen maro here real quick (just trying to find a car that has a straight body and decent interior) and im messing around with what i want it to look like...

i think i wanna go with chrome 17 X 9.5inch ZR1 rims all the way around, but i cant decide on paint...

i think i wanna go pearl white with the 91-92 style hood louvers and GFX, and then have the louvers painted a medium/dark metallic blue, do you think that would look alright? it seems to me like it would look better if i got something else painted the blue color, like maybe getting the fenders with gill louvers (the 81-82 z28 style ones from up22.com) and having those louvers paitned blue as well, or maybe somehting else...i dont know just getting opinions on how everyone thinks it would look, or which way would look better. open to other suggestions too =D thanks in advance.

**Edit: photoshop a few posts down**

the wheels sound good, not sure about the paint though. the white all over would look nice, black out the head lights. i also like the idea of having side louvers put on a later model camaro. the ground gfx always is a plus. finally, i would throw an ss hood on top and lower it a little. just thought i would give my opinion since nobody else is!!!

hope that helps some. b-man

Yeah, the color combo would be sharp, but I'm not sure what else you could paint that nice blue aside from stripes. I have seen people paint the inner part of the louvers/scoops on the lower GFX black, but it looked terrible personally. It might look pretty cool if you had a nice pearl white finish, with dark metallic blue hood blisters, headlight pockets, and front grille piece - what do you think?

EDIT: Not everyone likes them, but you could consider some subtle stripes like I have on my lower GFX - Check the "pics" link in my sig to see what I'm talking about - I absolutely love them personally - totally unique and look killer.

if i did the gfx stripes id have to come up with something perfect, ill have to play around in photoshop a bit. i was thinking of maybe vinyl overlays for emblems or something of that nature maybe too. thanks a lot mang

That actually looks pretty good with just the hood blisters painted blue. I really can't think of what else you could paint blue that would make it look better. The only thing I can come up with, is to make the z28 badges on the gfx and rear match the blisters. I don't know if you would want to paint them the same color of make some custom ones, but thats the only idea I could think of.
