Pic of friends race Iroc!!!
Here is a pic of my friends 87 Iroc. He runs it here at our local track. Its got a 481 big block, AFR heads, tunnel ram and two 950 hp holleys. It runs 5.50's in 1/8 without spraying.
Oh yeah, I just bought the lift off hood and scoop off him for my 83 camaro project. I just wonder if I should use 4 hood pins or the duzit fasteners to hold it down.

Yeah it has a tube chassie and a the fenders and nose lift off together.
He just put a 300 shot N20 system on it. We will see how much it picks it up.
Last year he drug the back bumper cover. Had to repaint it. The pic is not as bright. The color is bright purple and yellow.

He is only set up for the 1/8.
Here is my other friends car. Its a 72 nova that does some great wheelies. It packs the front tires past the 60 ft mark. They are brothers so racing is in there blood.

he should go against that guy with the quad turbo. there was a picture running around on the boards for a while... has 1680 HP. sickest boost setup ever made

oh yeah, The camaro is pulling like 1.20's 60ft times and the nova is getting 1.30's.
The funny thing is, the nova is running ladder bars!! Its not even tubbed. I have seen it trip the 60ft beam with the back tires. lol.
