Anyone have a front lisence plate on a camaro that acctually looks cool? My car didnt have the mounting kit so i just mounted the plate over the camaro grille and i hate the way it looks. Anyone have a plate mounted and have it look cool? Heres the pic of my setup

This looks pretty good in real life, picture is not so good. Took the plate, scanned it, reduced it 20%, printed it out on a clear transparency, printed it again to get it dark, and mounted on a metal plate, covered with laminate plastic. Hard to tell the difference and it sort of looks like it belongs there instead of sticking way out like a billboard.

Is that legal? If it is, I hate front liscense plates, and i'd love to do that! For now, I'll probably take my chances..

Tom3, is that the stock charcoal color? That is my favorite Iroc color. Anymore pics? Great job with the front plate!

heh, I just got a fix-it ticket Saturday night for no front plate. My dad's friend is a cop, and he told me that I can just take it off again after the ticket goes through. He just said make sure that same cop doesn't see me again and I'll be okay
And my bumper has a huge crack in it, so I just screwed it into the bumper/spoiler right below the front right turn signal. It actually looks kinda cool 'cause it's not right in the center like every car out there.
There was one guy on here with airbags and he screwed it to the very bottom of the front spoiler, and with the airbags and all it was almost touching the ground I think I may do that heh

And btw, I've had no front plate for like 6 months without a problem. This one cop was just an a-hole, and I was in a parking lot that the cops hang out in and bust people for dumb stuff 'cause that's where everyone "cruises" and hangs out and loiters on the late weekend nights.

This is how my front license plate looks (in sig). My state doesn't require front license plates but since the car came with it I decided to put on a Summit license plate. I think I'm gonna get a new one soon, maybe some kind of Camaro plate.
