its not "staged" per say. the dj guy and the guy on the phone with the iroc is the same person. he changes his voice so it sounds like it 2 people talking. the callers that call in think they are taking to two people but its the same guy. its just an act, a very good one.

Phil is great!!! He's here in LA, and his talk radio show is hilarious! He's the host and the guests, and the listeners that call-in think the guests are real! His "guests" always have some kind of attitude, and he really gets the callers in an uproar!
"The cops can't pick-up radar on my car," LOL!
But it's all in good fun. He has a whole list of characters. You name it, and he does it.
