Lots of hard work, I'm getting there.....
I wanted to share some pics and see what everyone thinks. I started working on the body of this car almost a year ago, but spuradically. I've used ALOT of information from this board to get to where I am today and I'd like to thank everyone involved on this board as ya'll have given me loads of information. I know that the frontend body parts need some aligning but I'm going to wait until after I get the antenna shaved next week. I'm going to be fixing my sagging doors with the TDS repair kit this weekend and I will paint the jambs while the doors are off. Anyhow, heres the progression of my car:
How it looked after changing the nose after my girlfriend wrecked it, damaging the nose, fender, and hood........

After changing to the BB hood
Finally, as it sits today
Well, that's it. I hope to paint the weekend after next. Let me know what ya'll think

Looking good. Good luck on that antenna, Are you pulling off the fender to do it? I'm a welder and even i'm not liking welding that antenna hole. You shoudl through on some second gen fender vents while ur at it. Color? and thats why my woman doesnt drive my car lol

Thanks for all the comments/compliments. The car's going to be black like the hood, but I'm going to redo the hood. I'm going to take the fender off and to a muffler shop by my house so they can weld it and I'll do the filling, etc. I love the look of the 2nd gen vents on 84customz28's car, but besides the hood, I'm not a big fan of body mods. I FINALLY bought rear tires yesterday (I've had the rims since november......) so my rims should be on in the next week or so , so I'll take some more pics when that happens. Here's a pic of the rims I've owned for 8 freakin months and still haven't put on my car.........

jon,
Keep at it man! It get's frustrating when you're on a budget, but when you're done you'll have something that you'll cherish! Nice progress!
