New pictures of my car and engine.......

I took a few pictures of my car and the engine bay today once i got it cleaned up since it's no longer a daily driver, since i don't have to drive to work anymore....

I removed the black plastic on the wheel well and now you can actually see through the fender vents and see the wheels.....

I still can't imagine what an LS1 must feel like in a lighter 3rd gen. In 4th gens they never stop pulling. Looks awesome man.

looking good, if i were to change anything it would be to relocate the nitrous setup and clean up those lines. overall it's coming along nicely!

Thanks for the good words

Why don't you have to drive to work anymore?
I ride with a neighbor, driving a 6-speed in LA traffic is not fun, at all....

how can you even see at night with that tint?
It's not easy, you basically just see headlights, my main fear is that some moron will fly around in the middle of the night with his lights off....

Is that a custom STB?
Kenny Brown 3-pt

if i were to change anything it would be to relocate the nitrous setup and clean up those lines.
Yeah, I wasn't too thrilled about the location of the installation either, but once i get my intake finalized, those lines are moving elsewhere.......

My plans were to mount them at the back of the intake manifold and have the lines running next to the fuel rail covers........Any other suggestions?

plenty of places...the shorter you can run your lines from the noids' to the tb the better. most keep them where you have them but on the underside..

I know you said your intake isn't finalized, but you should consider a better way to do the upper radiator hose. It touching the intake ducting is undoubtably raising the temperature of incoming air. Something to consider (you may already have).

BTW - love your car... some of the things I wouldn't do to my own, but I still like it a lot.

85_ZED28, I'll work on getting some for you.....Once i figure out how to open my hood.....

theonly350z28, They are custom, basically the vents off a 1980-81 Camaro...

slammed_z, Chevy fullsize Projector Headlights

WishIHadAZ, Indeed it is....my finalizing of the intake will include making sure it has sufficient clearance from the upper radiator hose.......

i'd dump the vette covers for some that beter suit the car. after all its not a vette.

other than that love the engine looks great, tint is crazy dark that would never fly here.

why did you remove the plastic inner fenders? does the vent whistle now with nothing stopping the air flow.

i think that spoiler is too much. It takes away from the pure muscle look of it. I love the shaved handles. Where do you pop the door from? remote or a button underneath?
