KITT car on Nick and Jessica Variety........

i was watching the nick and jessica variety hour on mtv and saw the kitt car singing ( ) with nick......thats the first time ive ever seen a thirdgen being specialed in anything... too bad it was that damn show!! but i have to admit it was looking amazing :hail:

Yeah William Daniels was the original voice...and the car had turbo finned wheels instead of the turbo cast wheels with the bowling ball humcaps...and it did have a crappy JC scanner on it. It was actually the SPM KITT. It was here in LA at Barri's car museum covered in a tarp before it aired on tv. Universal must have had an SPM KITT in crappy condition and had Barris freshen it up a bit for the show in a short period of time and not able to source out the right parts to it.

Does anyone know anything about the movie? I subscribe to the Knight Rider Movie mailing list, and haven't gotten a damn thing yet!! I hope they didn't just abandon the idea

I *heard* it was abandoned due to creative differences between Hasselhoff and the film's writers or director or something... Shame...would've made a damn corny-rific film. Wonder if they would've used a 4th gen instead....seeing as they arent quite so dated.
