Saw footage of another F-body creamed into a tree on the news last night. I swear this happens on a regular basis.

When are people going to leanr that these cars handle like crap in wet, icy conditions?

Can I have an "AMEN"?

Yeah, I drove my '88 V6 in almost all conditions just fine. Its more about the fact that most f-body drivers are younger drivers who don't determine the appropriate speed for the conditions.

p.s. exactly how is this appearance related?

I reckon yer right... Driving rain is part of our trainign growing up in the south. Snow, something we get a crash course in. Most the accidents I see likely involve either a kid or a very impatient person not exercising good judgement (or they are on balled tires).

~shrug~

I just hate seeing smashed up F's.

Oh... and where is the "Driveability" forum?

People just need to learn how to drive. I've driven both my Firebirds in snow and they handle fine. You need to grow up in Montana. =p
