Thinking about these wheels for the Formula, ARE 16x9.5
I picked up some tires the other day and the guy I got them from also has these 16x9.5" ARE wheels that he is selling.
They were on an 87 Vette he picked up but is upgrading brakes and these won't fit.
I am probably going to get them for the Formula so that I don't put too much wear on the 555RII tires I have on my ZR1's, I just need to make sure they will clear the LS1 rear brakes and fit on the car right.
I will be upgrading to C5 brakes in the front within 9 months but I don't think these wheels will but I'll be able to use them till then.
They look a little like a GTA crosslace, just needs to be cleaned up, repaint the centers, and change some of the bolts that are rusted.
What do you all think about the wheel?

The tires are 255/50/16, I think they are Bridgestone Potenzas.
Those parts in the background aren't mine (except for the coated headers you'll see in this pic)

These parts are going on my friend J's TA's 82 Trans Am.
