Leaf Blower???

Who all uses a leaf blower to dry thier cars? I've thought aobut it, but was wondering about a few things.

Is there any chance it could damage the car(like spit a rock or somthing) or will it screw with your wax or anything?

This sound like a sweet way to do it, but I wanna be sure not to screw anything up.

thanks
Kyle

leaf blower would be an OK idea, youd have to make sure your not doing it when dust is getting kicked up and your leaf blower is really clean so it doesnt throw rocks or debris at your car

my neighbor used to do that. I asked my dad about it, he brought up the point that most leaf blowers spit the exhaust right out of the blower pipe thing, whatever its called. I bet all the gasses in the exhaust cant be good for your paint or clear coat.

on the flip side, ive got a squeege that i got at meijers (michigans walmart) that i use to dry the car, that works great.

I've always used the airline from a compressor to force the water out of the crevices.
Save the leafblower for a supercharger.

I use an electric leaf blower. Just make sure to clean the area where the car is going to be parked with the leaf blower first or you will just blow the dirt all over it!

Kandied's big secret was using an electric leaf blower on his 91Z. Top that with the Mr Clean Auto-Wash thingy and you barely have to touch the car when you clean it.

Don't use a gas powered leaf blower.

Yes definitely use an electric one. It works a lot better with wax too.
