idea for the grill, what do you think?

i've been trying to decide for awhile what i wanted to do with my grill insert. i was wondering what people here thought of this idea. here's my grill now:

i know its not the best picture of the grill itself, but you get the idea of the colors of the car.

anyway, i wanted to paint the grill white, and behind the grill i wanted to put a mesh like this one(or something near this)

then, my last idea was to remove the camaro from the grill, so it was solid white, and instead get a 67-69 style Z/28 emblem and either put it on the mess part of the grill itself, or put it where the word camaro is now.

what do you guys think? i'm trying to think of something different to do w/ the grill, and i think this could look nice.

bluegrassz,

i like how that looks, i just figured since my stripes basicly already go across the whole width of the grill, i might as well paint the whole thing white. i think it will flow. i just wanted to see what others thought of the idea.

If you under the parts category, their are a few different styles of grill mods within

I was looking to do a custom mod at one time as well.

thanks guys for all the complements.

I need to get some interior pics. Except for needing cleaning and detailing, the interior is mint.

87CIZ, Yeah if your are down here look me up. PM me when you are comming down. Maybe we can go to the London Dragway! Its 1/4 mile test & tune on friday, but only 1/8 on saturday racing. It only about 15-20 minutes from my house.

I hope to get my transgo kit and vette servo put in and get some new times.

Oh yeah, were in Ohio? My wife has some family up around Hamilton.
