Mr.Clean doesn't like me...
Well I just washed my new paint job a few hours ago (red with black heritage stripes). I developed a new process for washing the car and avoiding the swirl marks that drove me crazy on my old paint job.
1: Spray down with hose.
2: Wash with Turbo Wash (pressure cleaner thing that sprays soap on the car).
3: Rinse.
4: Spray with Mr.Clean soap.
5: Rinse.
6: Auto Dry.
I use the Turbo Wash because it's supposed to wash the car without needing to brush or anything. And I sprayed it with the Mr.Clean soap because it is supposedly the only soap that works with the Auto Dry feature.
But here is my problem. The car dried with these white streaks/film on it! What the hell is that? It's especially bad on the glass. Mr.Clean Auto Dry was never perfect but it never did anything like this. So what could it be...?

It sounds like you have soap residue left on the finish. Are you using the correct Mr. Clean soap? It's unclear from your description of the problem.
From the steps you listed above, you soaped the car twice. Why? Is that your "new process"?

1. Rinse car
2. Spray on soap
3. Use rags and sponges to wash your car
4. Rinse
5. AutoDry
If you made up some method to clean your car and it's leaving streaks, why not wash your car the way the Mr. Clean people say you should really be doing it?
Follow the directions, they work just fine.

Well in retrospect, my new method doesn't quite work. And the filter is new. I only used it once. Back to the drawing board...
