My friend is considering the color of orange to paint his 91 gta and neither of us like how common sunset orange and variations have become please suggest other oranges that could be chosen.

 

tangelo with a silver base is an awesome orange.. made by House of Kolor I believe? (HOK)

I'm not too sure about hugger orange on a bird. Tell your friend to start mixing his own or something.

No doubt the ultimate orange. On my GTO Judge its called Carousel Red. No color says muscle car like orange.

 

Hugger Orange is the definitive classic color, but personally I'd have to go with sunset. I've seen exactly two cars in my town with that color, and I remember both of them clearly. It's eye-catching, relatively rare, and looks great on any f-body.

i like this type of orange(even though black is my favorite color). its called o so orange. i'd like to see it on a third gen.

that looks kind of like a copper color

 

that is the exact same color my camaro is getting painted right now...i was going to go with the sunset orange but at the last minute i changed my mind...O SO ORANGE, that is going to be a kickass color ( I hope )

 

I like hugger orange...That is a bad *** color

 

im thinking of doing the o so orange as well with a silver racing stripe down my cowl. Itll be a while until that gets done though.
