I have a billet tank on the side of the rad just like the one that you can see in the pic.

Where did you get it? The only half decent looking ones that I've found are just overflow tanks and don't have a pickup to return the fluid to the radiator.

That what it is, but after it builds up pressure the rad sucks the coolent back in, Check out "Universal Spinners" that should show you.
