Very nice. I agree they look better on your car than the others. Time for a sig pic update! Are the originals larger? I'd like to see them if you still have them.

thanks

Looks great. I found a nearly mint set of 82 ta tails in a junkyard and i'm thinking about putting them on my 91.

How hard is the install?

Honestly - I like the look of the 91-92 TA tails on 91-92 birds and the 85-90 tails on the 85-90 birds. Having owned both, I like both sets though.

They are 82's. I like the smoked/blacked out look of them, but haven't really seen them on anything later than 82-84's.

If I didn't like em I guess I could always sell them!

Damn!! You copied my taillight mod! Just kidding, I've had a set of those on my car for almost 6 years now. Got mine new from the dealer while you could still get them. I chose them over the 85-90 style because of the amber turn signal and the PONTIAC name. Really looks good on your car. Now I have a better idea of what mine will look like from the rear with that wing.

Hmm, 91/92 TA rear lamps.

I wonder how everyone else who already did that mod feels?

Can't think of what I am talking about?

I like em . Also when you use the blinkers are the yellows supposed to come on , when i brake the two inside lights come on and the yellows only come on when the headlights are on.

I may be missing what you're asking here but the amber signals are a single filament bulb that is only supposed to come on when you hit the blinkers, not the running lights.

I like the three piece personaly. The two lines that form on the outer edges of the middle piece flow well with the license plate cutout. If you have no idea what I'm talking about then it probably wont matter to you. LOL.

You car still looks awesome. You need a custom hood to finish it off perfect.

Read my post again. Custom hood not aftermarket. You've done so much work that a one-off hood is the only way to go! That ram air looks damn good though.

So where did you find those lights? Can you share what they cost?

They are sweet. Always been a fan of those lights.

I haven't seen a set of 91-92 T/A taillights upclose in a while... is the PONTIAC lettering just decals or is it also set into the taillights? What I'm thinking is that since you already have "PONTIAC" set into your rear bumper, having TRANS AM in metallic silver on the taillights would be a nice touch.

My tailight lettering has faded away to where you can't see it anymore.

I like it like that. But then again I hate badges/chrome trim/etc
