Does it have to be street-legal? You can make any off-road car fast. All I know is, it isn't me. NJSPEEDER is one of the fastest TBIs, and Willie's hauls too. 12.04@112.9 completely street legal. Sweet ride. Mine might do a 15.5, on a great day, but I don't race anymore.

Well, mine doesn't have the quickest time, but does MPH count for anything? How's a 12.40 @ 124MPH??? That was in full street trim on 17" street tires...spinning a long part of that. That was also before the new heads, higher compression, and a couple other goodies.

A little background on my car: 8,843 miles on chassis, custom SFCs, custom 8pt roll cage (cro-moly), cromoly engine cradle, battery relocated to trunk, Moser 9" rear end w/detroit locker and 3.90 gearing, DFI, 383, Powerglide tranny, -10 fuel lines, 5 gallon fuel cell in trunk, custom exhaust and headers, 4 wheel disc brakes (stock in rear, Lamb in front), Slicks in back, skinnies up front. The body is a 1987 IROC 5.7, color = flame metallic red.

Those pictures were taken after I had gotten the chro-moly k-member put in, unfortunately I don't have any other scanned pictures of my car to show you fellas. Oh and It definately isn't a mild 383. I purchased the car with most of these mods already set in the car, I'm just going one step further on a couple of things right now.
