Easy Application Wax
Hey everyone, I just got the car repainted and Ive been looking at various waxes to use for its first wax (in a few weeks of course).
However, I will be away at college so Ill have to wash it at my girlfriends apartment complex. Because of these inconvenient circumstances
I was wondering if there were some waxes that would protect and make the car shine but would still be very easy to apply.
Thanks

Rainex makes a nice spray on wax. You can wash the car and while it's still wet apply the wax and buff it dry by hand. That's about as easy as it gets for waxing. I think it works quite well too.

I was kinda leaning towards the Mothers stuff.
Ive heard alot of mixed stuff about Meguiars polishes and wax, 2 guys at work told me completely opposite stories about how easy/ pain-in-the-butt it was to take off
How does the Meguiars compare to the Mothers
(BTW I love the looks of Zaino, just a lil pricey when I wont be able to take great care of my car)

If your looking for something off the shelf, go with Meguairs NXT. Easy on, easy off, awesome shine.

How long after you paint can you wax? I thought it was like 3 months to let the paint fully cure.
Im still waiting to get a couple coats on mine. It been about a month sence the repaint.

If you're looking for a wax that is really easy to apply and remove then try S100 (same as P21S). It can be purchased at Harley dealerships for about $13. It's doesn't have the greatest durability, but the shine is great.

And in my personal experience, Meguiar's NXT is the easiest wax to apply. But I only use Zaino on my baby.
