Finally got some good pictures of my car... I went through two cars before I finally said "screw it" and bought the car I've always wanted. It's an '87 Sport Coupe(I think, judging by the lack of GFX). The rims and interior came with it when I bought it, which was only $864! It's mechanically fine, runs great. A tune-up solved almost every issue, but there's still a few I'm working on. I've also taken off the TA wing on the back, removed the window washer fluid resevoir, and switched out the gauge cluster for the 85/140 mph/kph combo cluster with the tach.
(yes, I plan to change the interior)
What y'all think? Anyone know what rims these are?

Dude - I can't believe they would skin poor old Kermit the frog just to make some seat covers j/k. Hey it looks pretty nice, but I don't like the front end. You should switch it out to the correct sport coupe front end, or add the GFX.... my vote is keep it a sport coupe.

yeah, i don't like the front end at all, but as far as I can tell, that's not just a sport coupe bumper with GFX. (or is it?) If it ain't, I gotta go find one in the junk yards...most the cars I find there aren't sport coupes. (lots of RS, some IROC, Z28, etc)
The front end is fine... just needs to be adjusted and fit properly so you don't have a gap between the hood. Don't put an SC front end on.. just get the side GFX to match the one you have now. It would be cheaper, easier and look better than converting to an SC front end. Most people prefer the Z28/RS look to the SC look.

I would normally agree, as it's what I've always wanted, but after seeing how awesome a nice SC looks, I'm very very tempted to just go with the SC look.

I agree with you, the sc can look very nice when cleaned up well. I wish that I still had my sc... not that I would trade the look of my Z for one
.
If you do keep it an sc, you should go with a big drop, big brakes, and big wheels - haven't seen one like that yet... they are usually turned into drag cars.

Nice car. Not really fond of the seats, but it looks like it's in pretty good shape. Is that a firebird spoiler? I don't think I've seen that spoiler on a camaro before. Looks good either way.

I've only ever seen them on Trans Ams, I believe. I took it off the other day anyways. My dad always told me "Useless wings are for penguins". I think it looks better without it now. The interior is in great condition, but I hate it. They seem to just be seat covers, as there's zippers on the underside of them. I'm wanting to do custom replacements, but I'm not sure where to go for it.
