Very Nice! Less is always better in my book! Rims and a good paint job is all you need.

what size or the rims, exact dimensions would be great, Im thinking about getting those for my GTA, well either those or Hoopsters but I need to know sizes to look for and tires as well. I do love your car and it looks almost exactly like my GTA.

Thx for the nice comments everyone, although its only a Trans Am, not a GTA.
I bought the American Racing Torque Thrust II's, they are 17" x 8" all the way around. I was going to get wider tires for the rear.....but as all us Trans Am owners know....the front and rear rims have a different offset. So I took a gamble and got the same size all the way around. And they look awsome! I really liked the stock showlace style rims (16"), and didnt think anything would look better on my car. But, as you can see....I think I made a great choice. 18" rims would NOT look good at all. 17" is the perfect size.

yours dont rub? Mine rub a little bit when I turn my tires. I just wanted a car with rims, not rims with a car if you know what I mean. I see too many cars that look like there riding around on just rims....HUGE rims at that. And little bitty tires. Thats not that look I wanted for my 3rd gen.
I like to have some tire under my car. If I went with 18's....the low profile tires were a little too low profile to me.
Yours look good, and you still seem to have space between your tires and your fender wells. I was thinking of getting lowering springs, to lower my car 1" - 1.5"
But that will be after I repaint it hopefully this winter. And do some other things if I can afford it.

Nope no rubbing, the tires are the same size round as they would be stock.
I also haven't lowered mine but I have a crossmember that is already hitting speedbumps and stuff but if I were to I would go the same that your thinking 1-1.5", I think a pro-kit would do that nicely.

Yeah, not too low, but low enough to get rid of the gap a little. I have watch that too. I live in Michigan, and the roads most of the time suck! I need to get sub-frame connectors 1st thing though.

I'm pretty good with a wheel, I polished it up pretty good before I took these pics. I made ride of the month for November in our car club here in Michigan. The front has some stone chips in it and there's a couple real small dings I need to fix. Also the top of the car has faded in a couple spots.
I really cant wait to repaint this car! Then it will be ready for all the cars shows to come.
