Im getting my 91 firebird painted in a few weeks and I dont know what I should do with it. I think im going to go with just plain bright red but i am interested in racing stripes. I was trying to find 91/92 firebird pics with racing stripes and couldn't find hardly any. Lets see what you guys got!

 

I dont have any pictures of it but my buddy had a 88 GTA that was bright red with a single silver stripe running down the center of the car all the way from the nose to the rear bumper, it looked pretty sweet.

 

i was thinking of doing the very same thing except instead of silver it was going to be white...but I don't know because my car is a t-top. How well do stripes go with t-tops anyway? Its hard to tell in most of the pictures ive seen

 

Maybe it's just this color combo with stripes, but from what i've seen stripes don't go good with the 91-92birds.


They just don't look right with the shape of the front end.

 

I agree 91-92 birds just don't look right with any kind of racing stripes.

i think i saw the second picture on the ******* yard of the week. okay i'm impressed, the stripes look better than i thought they would.
