Paint Scheme Idea.. Photoshopped
Hey all,
i decided to finally draw up the idea in my head on my computer of what i wanna paint my camaro like, i found someones car on here awhile ago, not sure whos but i saved the pic cuz i really liked the way the car looked and am shooting for that.
so did a quick sketch and painted in my paint scheme idea, ya'll lemme know what you think and if i should try something different.
my friend is at school for auto body stuff, and is gonna paint my car for me, hes a super perfectionist, so i know he will do a good job, so i figured i might as well start my designing process..

The hockey stripe looks out of place. The curve @ the headlight is just wrong. Try doing another that follows more the lines of the body.

I think it pretty cool Remember, in the end, its all about what YOU like, not everybody's opinion.
Unless you go reverse spoked wheels or something like that. Then yeah, it's just plain STOOPID!

I likey.
Not so much on a Z ... but I think it would make a SC look really tough.

Re: Paint Scheme Idea.. Photoshopped
Have you thought about breaking up the hocket stripe?
It doesnt really follow the more angular lines of these cars... but you could curve it down to slope around the same angle as the front of the headlight buckets, stop the stripe entirely, insert a 305, 350, 454, 702, whatever badge there, and then start the stripe again at a better angle (Straight down?) below that Makes it more angular without dealing with a strangle smoothly sloping stripe that abruptly, sharply changes angle on you.
Does that make sense?

I drew a similar idea for my old car... Try making the stripe end at the wheel wheel. It might be cleaner looking.
