I need some opinions on what color to paint my car. I want Blue pearl, but not sure which exact color to get. I'm pretty much set on WR Blue Pearl, which is from Subaru XRX's, but looking for other options, as maybe there's another color better. Also thought about Electric Blue Pearl, which is from a PT Cruiser, and Vivid blue pearl-an 03 Honda Civic color. So share with me your opinions and pics of any vibrant blue pearl colors.

dont ask me the name of the color because i dont know. its a gm color from the mid 90s.

 

Aurora Blue Mica it's a Mazda3 color.
Strato Blue Mica
Lapis Blue Metalic - Mazda6 color.
Best bet is to wander around car dealer lots and check out the color. Then you can see what it looks like in person.

 

this is volvo's "electric blue" this color in person is amazing and it's killer for a sports car, if u have black or tope interior its a great match especialy if u have black mags with a silver polish, i know ur looking for pearls but i just wanted to show u these pics

Corvette LeMans Blue. I was orig thinking you wanted a color to add a blue pearl into. A friend of mine had a Black Mustang with a Blue Pearl in it. It was gorgeous

Thanks for the replies, I really don't see anything that beats the Subaru blue so far... that Corvette Imperial Blue is really nice but kind of a deeper blue, I'm looking for a color that's close to my stock color only pearl and a little more vibrant. I don't want a color that will look purple-ish like some do at certain lights.

 

Just a heads up. The WRB that is found on subarus is expensive. I just had my front bumper on my wrx painted and the paint was like twice the price. Plus it does not cover well.

 

How expensive was it? Like how much per qt... but my dad can get a discount, not sure how much though...

 

Its around 180 to 200 something a quart list. I know my body guy was suprised.

 

200 isn't bad for custom colors... don't ask what my candy is.

i like 03 vette blue although i think it's metallic. pearl blues don't seem to last long i've noticed. i'm sure whatever you pick won't be bad. i'm a fan of candy blue myself...
