You guys have to see this bad *** body kit!!!!

I was browsing sporttruck.com and i found this article:
<a href="http://www.sporttruck.com/editorial/article.jsp?viewtype=text&id=5649">
Its a total re-body on a thirdgen Firebird, i didnt think it was real at first, but if you look at the windsheild, it looks awful familiar, and the roof too. I have one question, HOW MUCH????

I've seen it in person. It's extremely cheesy, heavy, and is attached to the car with CLEAR RTV. Quality.

Well for an Italian sports car look it is pretty cool. Usually you can see some kind of hint as to what the car was, but this thing looks nothing like a Camaro.

There is the webpage where they sell the body kit.

It doesn't look too bad from the pictures, but I already own my dream car.

Well, a little over done for a camaro. I can't believe that was a f-body once>>>>> Well, I like tall wings, and cool hoods, but that is a little much for me.

I can't decide if I like it or not. But for that price I'll stick with stock.

Neither am I, I think it looks bad a$$. And to jim, I think if the body man/owner did a **** poor job instaling the kit then its gonna look bad yes... Use common sense... The pics on the first link look like it was installed right and it looks BAD AS FU(K!!!! I really like the interior too... The new dash puts things a little better....

I really like it. I have always liked kit cars, like the Ferarri 355 spyder kit for the Fiero... You gotta admit, pull up to some hot girls in that and they will notice :> I dont want to pay for it, but it still looks freakin awesome!

Ever since I saw that body kit I wanted one. How tough would it be to find a earlier Thirdgen for like 1,000 bucks or whatever w/ a V-8, crappy paint, or even a wrecked later model and put the evo kit on because it replaces everything in front of the doors, then swap in a nice big V-8 and have a totaly killer looking Euro exotic thing w/ t-tops for a more exotic look.
Yeah, the kit is expensive, but try finding a kit car that isn't. Trying find a Euro exotic that isn't for that matter.
That kit is so not for everyone, lots of people don't like Euro exotic look and stuff, and hey, their opinion and it is a valid one... Thirdgens look AWESOME in their semi stock form.

I like body kits and cars that are different. That one looks good, but I would not buy it. Too radical, can't tell its an f-body anymore.

I think it looks cool as all hell. I dont know if the price is justifiable since you gotta pay shipping on top of that, but it does look BADASS. If i was rich i would pick on up

I bought my 1991 RS to build this kit. However after all the money I have spend on suspension, engine and everything in between besides the body, I can't afford that extra $8000 for the kit. I seriously think its a great looking body; much better than some of the Fiero to F40 conversions I was looking at building. Nonetheless its still not a car you can drive daily without eventually getting carjacked.
