WHAT A SHAME

This poor thing has been sitting here with the window open for years a couple blocks from where I live. If I had the $$$ I would save it myself

The owner needs to be shot ! They could of at least rolled up the window or covered it up. Thats a sad end for what looks to have been a clean Z28 when parked.

A guy near my dads has a 88 Iroc,original 350 car,silver,hardtop.5 years ago I stopped and sked him about it.Said it had a blown head gasket and he didnt want to sell it cause he was going to fix it.The interior was pretty messed up and he had a bunch of crap in it.I didnt check the rpo sheet cause 5 years ago I didnt have the benifit of this site.Anyway,the car hasnt moved.It`s just rotting away.

Guess I need to stop and see if its a G92 car or something.It`s parked next to his mobile home and he drives about a 96 mustang with one of those flip flop paint jobs

That car is garbage now. With all the leaves stacked on it and moisture, it has got to be a rust bucket. Them leaves accumulate between the fenders and the moisture inside under the carpets. That thing is beyond help especially if you are in NJ, that salt probably didnt help it out much. That thing will be in the salvage yard as soon as someone complains about it, GUARANTEED!

I hear you. That thought makes me just as sad... In high school (1991) one of my friends had picked up a red 73 for cheap. We all pulled together to get it road worthy for him. Few months later he blew the motor. Let the poor thing rot away next to his parents house for years. They wound up scrapping it on him.
