You guys have saved my bird.........

Not really appearance related, but I was on the verge of selling the bird and going import (import not rice), but you guys have shown me the light An f-body is a symbol, and a total wow factor, where-as an import, is "pretty cool." Me and my bird thank you guys.

Has anyone ever seen a rally camaro or firebird. YOu know how they do WRX's, and EVO's, and lancer's, and stuff??? I think it'd be pretty cool. *FLAME SUIT ON!!* You know, aluminum wing, colored rims, custom bumper with round fog lights, stickers, the WHOLE DEAL!!

Criticize away

Instead of looking the part, why don't you show the part? I'm not going to flame you but, I've seen those type of Camaros and they look like total ****.

F-bodies are like hammers, its the most basic tool in your tool box, but the destruction it causes is makes it the most fun. (I like that sentence a lot)

And to CamaroChick, who would you give your right boob to? I'm just wondering...

Oh no, hold up homie Those rally cars are not rice, do you realize the amount of time and technology that goes into making one of those??? I mean a real one, not a half-a$$ job. Those things are bad, plain and simple. And i like road/driving courses better than 1/4 drag anyway. I've never seen any pics of a rally'd out camaro or bird, but i think if done tastefully, with a wide-mouth bumper, and a big intercooler , it'd look awesome. Bring it on haters!

This topic has been talked about repeatedly and you just HAD to bring it up again. It'll be a bunch of rice flames, then everyone gives their definition of rice, then more arguing, then locked. It should just get locked now since you are asking (literally) for a flaming.

F-bodies rank somewhere after mopeds in practicality to convert to a rally car. Not only is it not AWD, but you'd probably need 3 sets of subframe connectors, a few strut tower braces, and a rollcage to get it stiff enough to take off-road type abuse. Not to mention you'd be looking at a huge investment to custom fabricate one-off bumper covers. The closest you could get is when guys take Camaro or Firebird bodies and mount them on a 4x4 truck chassis.
