Re: gauges

geesh, every time I look at aftermarket gauges, even the old style OE ones, I drool. I have a 92 so is it a hard swap to do, practically the entire dash has to be swapped correct? I hate the late model gauges, they look like something out of a caprice or something, hardly muscle car.

Nordskog?

Except for the speedo and tach, they look similar to my Dakota Digital gauges.

WOndering where he got these and if it was mechanical or electrical autometers? I had to put mechanical water temp and oil since my sensors went out on those. and i put them on the right side of the dash where he has other gauges at? and wondering where he got those?

That's a warning limit, you can see a tick mark above the tach that corresponds to that limit on the graph. If I hit that limit, the whole gauge will start to flash. That's also where the SES (displayed as "ENGINE") shows up for any codes. I suppose I could change that limit, but that was where the yellow band started on the cluster I sent to Dakota Digital, so they programmed it accordingly. The other gauges have programmable alarm limits too, and will flash when they are reached.
