where did you buy your blackouts for your tail-lights? ive been thinking about doing that for awhile

 

It's a shame that they are illegal in PA, otherwise they wouldve been on my cars years ago... To answer your question, ebay has everything...

 

I think you can buy them even at AutoZone. At least that is what one of my co-workers said.

Question - I rarely see sport coupes with two-tone paint anymore. Being a child of the '80's, I thought all sport coupes came from the factory with two-tone paint. I even remember the black ones had a deep gray color at the bottom. Am I wrong, or do people just favor monotone when repainting?

 

In a thread like this you're definitely going to see a lot of Firebirds.

Haha, I like them without gfx. They look more tough and well, You don't have to worry about the front spoiler scraping everywhere. I would trade my RS for a beat up bert anyday.

I am not even saying I like either one over the other. Mine has ground effects. It annoys me when people just come into a thread and start trashing everyone's ride posting in it when no one asked for their opinion on how it looks. It's immature and the reason I don't post here too much

I want a Daytona hood btw. I have a straight cowl but like the combo of cowl and iroc hood

Thanks, I love the hood too, Got it for almost nothing locally, it had its minor issues but they are fixed now.

 

Nice. I've been looking out on CL but no such luck yet. Maybe I'll be crazy and buy a new one this summer.

 

Just get it from a reputable place to reduce the headaches!

 

I'm sure there is a security reason why they are illegal.

When the sun is in front of youre car and you hit the brakes i'm sure the driver in the car behind you can't see youre stop lights flashing.
