Re: What to do about wheel gap?

Put the 16" rims back on there, then lower it.

When lowering the car as it is, you will quite possibly have some rubbing in the wheel wells when turning, depending on tire width.

The reason the gap looks off is because the rims are so big that there is hardly any space for rubber. Makes it look as if the car's intended to run on tracks rather then on streets.

IMO anything above 18" is too big to be aesthetically pleasing. No amount of lowering will effect the oddness of it.

Re: What to do about wheel gap?

Replace the 20" IROCs with 18" IROCs, then lower it using drop spindles or springs.

Re: What to do about wheel gap?

Mine is lowered 1.75" on 20" Iroc wheels with no rub... Well other then cranking the steering wheel as far as it'll go. I never have to turn that sharp so it's not a problem.

how much wheel gap are you looking to loose? thats how much to lower it.

it will be tricky to do since its a v6 car. AFAIK, there are no options for off the shelf lowering kits for teh v6 cars. you will probably have to cut the springs you have.
