This thread is a Nomination Thread to nominate cars that will compete for this month's Car of the Month honor. The 10 or less most popularly nominated cars will be compiled into a *Voting Thread* in a couple of weeks. If you do not nominate a member's car for COTM, you can still second or third (fourth, fifth, so on) someone else's nomination. cars must have at least a second nomination in order to make the Voting Thread.

Do not nominate your own car. Your car must be nominated by another TGO Member.

Do not ask your wife, husband, friends, extended family, etc. to register as TGO Members for the purpose of nominating your car. If you are nominated, do not ask people to register as TGO Members for the purpose of voting for your car.

Do not nominate more than one car.

This is not a picture thread. Post only ONE good photo of the car you wish to nominate. Do not use photo-shopped pictures.

you must post a picture with your nomination.

Do not nominate cars that are not in a high quality, finished state.

And if you are nominated, please DO go out and take an abundance of good quality photos of your ride (multiple angles, interior, engine) and make them publicly accessible (for example via a photo album in your public profile or some sort of hyperlink to your photo album.)

Since this is an open month, 86 Sport Coupe and his 305 sport coupe. He's a young guy building a 305. Pretty clean build so far, lots of potential.

Seconded. Everything Zach does to this car has a purpose and he has a wealth of knowledge surrounding third gens in general.

Nope, when I nominate a car, it's from either seeing it in a tread on here (usually a build thread), MM on Facebook, or someone who I've personally met.

I nominate MY-92-RS , he is the ORIGINAL OWNER! The car has a lot cool hidden touches, solid upgrades to the entire suspension&drive train . It's always evolving & moving forward with only one thing that takes priority over the RED HEADED MISTRESS. ... is his Family!

I bought My mistress new while I was in Germany serving in the Army This I the First NEW Car I ever bought .. spent my combat pay I earned for surviving the golf war on her $16357 She was a daily driver until 97 When used it as a shop Banner for my first auto shop in Texas drove it ,broke it built & broke it again you know the cycle ... I also done the Show car thing won Best of Show Volo Auto Museum , 2012.. Now I am taking her back out racing!!! .. I have made many mods over the years she is never ever done...

I feel out of the loop. I guess I need to get back to the site more often because more and more often the nominations are cars I had never seen before

 

Same here! haha I've never been nominated but that is probably because my old IROC has been sitting in the garage for at least 3 months & has not moved. On the positive side I'm keeping the miles off old girl.
