Go up to O'reiley, they have the mesh sleeve kits for radiator hoses, they're about $25.

I agree try, www.summitracing.com , that's where I got mine. I bought the summit brand I believe, but there wasn't enough to do the heater core hoses.

I've seen kits of all different sizes with different color endcaps at AutoZone. Check it out...may be what you're looking for.

If all you need is the sleeve for the radiator hose, you can have mine. I put it on but didn't like the way it looked. It is so easy to see that it isn't "the real thing" since it is so big.
Do a search for "Cvpd37" on here, and look at his beautiful 84Z on his homepage. He has a real nice upper radiator hose. Check it out!

I STRONGLY agree that you need to stay away from the covering...if you want it to look good, get the real thing. The covering makes it look cheap. Spectre makes a product that is real stainless line, but it has hose clamps on the ends, so you can use it on any type of hose fitting. It even has the red and blue ends, so the real look is there.

Also, PAW has some in their catalog. The are polished stainless steel. They aren't real cheap, but I bet they'd look damn good. They also sell stainless steel heater hoses.

http://www.pawengineparts.com/

but the catalog must be shipped at a price. So that always sucks. They have a -huge- selection of stuff, but the majority of it is for non centerbolt style motors. The catalog is about the size of a phone book. Actually, a little bigger.
