Depending on where you live a professional shop will not remove emissions due to regulations. Some you can "agree" that the car will be off road use only, but most don't want to deal with that, expect to pay more than you did for the car unless you do it yourself... and even then it will snow ball on you as things break when you try to remove them.
Do you need heat?
You will need a AC delete pulley, and a AIR pump delete pulley, then you can remove all related items, the AC box, and heater hoses, fill the hole in the firewall with a filler panel.
You could find a simple alternator, water pump only pulley system off an older car or racing pulley setup.
Windshield washer bottle and lines not really needed
you can get a 4th gen overflow bottle that goes below battery (move battery to trunk is also a option)
Swap to a carb and simple distributor you can remove about 90% of the wiring.
Since you don't have AC now you could move your fans to the front of your radiator and set them up as pusher vs puller fans.
Do you drive in the rain? if not you can delete the wiper motor or use a smaller one off a honda (search there are write ups)
You could delete the power steering if you are so inclined. Or swap to a manual rack-n-pinion which is cleaner as you don't have the big steering gear box. Though I think you would have to put in an aftermarket k-member to do that.
Emissions is just AIR lines, AIR pump, and EGR, but to fully delete EGR you will need headers or plugs to fill the 8 holes in the manifold. You will need block off plates for the intake EGR mount.
You could move all the relays on the firewall inside the car or fender space...

You might want to keep the egr it lowers cylinder temperatures. If you delete it you need to have your prom reprogrammed other wise you will get a code 32.

Yeah I’m keeping the Heat and I do drive in the rain so I’m keeping the wiper system too I would like to get headers as well as a full exhaust system with no cats I do like the idea of a Carburetor set up and I want to keep the factory power steering system I like the way it feels I think most of that will give me a lot of space in the engine bay I’m not a pro at this stuff so bare with me lol ha ha

Deleting the EGR, air conditioning, air pump and charcoal canister will go a long way in freeing up clutter in the engine bay. Be forewarned though that deleting each of those items can be a project onto itself. Degrease the engine bay with a good foaming engine cleaner and then simply replacing hoses and repainting items like valve covers and intake manifold can make the engine bay appear factory fresh. Use an armor all-esque product on all the hoses every so often to keep it looking fresh. I use a foaming tire shine and cleaner on my wife and I's daily drivers at every oil change and the engine's look amazing.

Hey @Aviator857, do you have any links to the Honda wiper motor conversion?
