Why are they not coming out?

Tell me why the scratches are polishing out with my orbital?
I wet sanded with 3000 grit, i polished with 105, and x scratch with a yellow and a blue pad and I still can't get these to fade.

What are you finishing with? Heavy cutting will cause marring. Normally you finish on a white pad and a "finishing" polish.
