Whcih hood for a 91 Firebird?
i agree with eric...the gen II just doesnt fit the older style cars...someone hit the nail on the head over at 3go when they said "it looks like patrick ewing is chasing you in your rearview"

It has kinda been established that for 91/92 models, the ascd hood looks better and for the 90 and below thirdgens, the ram air 2 hood looks better; at least that seems to be the general impression. I'm not really sure about that because no one has ever supplied any pics of the ram air 2 hood on a 91/92 firebird. I'd have to say the ascd hood right now though until I see some pictures that convince me otherwise.

I never seen a 91-92 with the RAII hood. But everyone withthe 91-92 does it, so I would go with the RAII to be unique personally. Anybody with a pic of a 91-92 Firebird with the RAII hood post if u can.

I think it would look awesome if you had the 91-92 GFX and the RAII hood. I'm attaching a pic of a formula with the hood...I don't know who's it was, but it doesn't completely match up with the nose. It needs some work. But AWESOME.

It wouldn't let me post a vote but I would go with the RA-I. The RA-II does look kinda big and dont get me wrong its not bad. I'm sure if I had one it would grow on me but it looks like more of a drag car look rather then street. Fits nice on the car it came on but the RA-I looks perfect for a street hood.
