Looks stupid... a thirdgen doesnt blend in with the "futuristic" theme no matter what you do to it! lol But it's nice to see they included one in a new game!

The artist seems to have talent, too bad he couldn't come up with an original design for the front of that 'futuristic' police cruiser.

Haven't you ever seen Mad Max? That was a distant future and did you see anything "futuristic" in it? Not everyone's vision of the future includes pristine, technically advanced vehicles. But like you said, it's nice to see. If I was a designer, I'd find some way to sneak a thirdgen into every game I had my hand in.. hehe.

yeah, the artist or the designers must own a thirdgen that looks similiar to that one

Hey, maybe this game will do to us what F&F did to supra's. Up the price of them tenfold and all of the studden make them extremely popular

Jza, you can't really say that the cars in mad max where furturistic because the setting of the film was in post-nuclear war, and therefore all cars where old modded cars, most set up for gang war. Obviously this picture does illustrate some futuristic setting (notice the nice big buildings?), and I agree that the camaro does seem out of place, especially after the front fenders.

I didn't say the cars in Mad Max were futuristic. But Mad Max was set in the future (a post-apocalyptic) and that the cars were all old cars brought to running and outfitted for whatever. I was pointing out that

Now imagine this: how many of us will still have our (or "a") thirdgen 40 or 50 years from now? Would gasoline still exist? Maybe we'd have to transplant a more modern engine/drivetrain into the car just to keep driving it on the street or even in the air. It's still gonna look better than whatever they're gonna be selling then, even if you do have to stick little wings where the wheels used to be. :sillylol:
