Pics of my Z

I have been a reader of thirdgen.org for years and have finally decided to add my 2 cents in. Well heres my ride, 1991 Z28 conv. as you can tell she will not drive and she hasnt been for over a year. I had plans (like everyone else) but life happened so now I just wash her every now and then until the day comes I can fix her. This is by far my favorite car and will always be.
I have a Z71 & toyota celica plus fixin to get a yamaya yzf R1 so I dont need it for transportation just waiting for the right time to get her were I want her.
till then Im EYEBALLING your rides.

I started the teardown to put a simple intake gasket and decided to just rid of the 305 for a lt1 but now I want a Ls1, 6 speed trany and repaint it white. Honestly not sure what I want!
I wont settle for average so I will just wait untill I can get it all done right.

LOL! Sounds all too familiar I personally don't much care for the LT1's or the LS1's, too damn expensive to build up. You can get an L98 to run just as good for a lot less money and fewer headaches. Food for thought.

Awesome car, get that thing running.
Oh, mind if I use your pics, I'm making a video picture cd of a bunch of cars on 3rdgen. Have any more pics?

Only thing I would suggest is paint the headlight pockets.

Good luck getting the car to the stage you want it be at. I'm sure you'll be happy, and no doubt it will be worth the wait.

Try not to leave it for too long in case you lose your motivation towards the project.

As regards the engine, how about going for a BBC?

Cheers!
