Red Seat Covers

So I really want a set of red/black 4th gen seat but dont have the $600 to get them, So for now I'm going to get some seat covers. My interior is red (yes I know you all hate red). Has any body seen any red or red/black seat covers. This color isn't very popular with companies. I dont want dark red.

Website address would be great.

Hey, I like red!!!

I think that red and black interiors are very nice. But I want to do the same as you. Getting mine reupholstered is prohibitively expensive. So I want replacement covers that are black on the edges and red in the middle. Cloth style is probably all I'll be able to spring for

go to wal-mart's auto section. they carry these sweet hot wheels seat covers with screen printed flames on them. they have red w/ white flames and black w/ silver flames. i got the black w/ silver, but hey whatever floats your boat. 20 bucks a cover, not too steep.

Now they aren't equal to Wal-Mart covers pricewise, but the new SS covers from Mr.Mikes are hands down the best looking and probably the best quality around. Of course they aren't just "covers" to slip on top of the original covers either..

Those "R" ones are horrible. If I saw a Camaro with those in a parking lot, I would definitely shake my head and wonder "Why?"

Your seats don't look that bad, I wouldn't worry about them.

Dont buy the cheap *** ones from wal mart. They rip really easy. The photoshopped ones look pretty good. So i would say get those until you can get 4th gen seats. Thats what I did.

I found a place that does new upholstery, has anybody ever heard of these guys:

http://www.desertsunauto.com/page_2.htm

Has anybody ever put new upholstery on? Is it difficult, how much will the parts cost to install it?

I Checked out the Desert Sun Auto page and I did not see any for Camaros.

I have seats that need new covers as well, but I have the Ricaro seats in mine, and I can not find any covers for them. I would like to replace the material, and not use slip covers.

here's the camaro page http://www.desertsunauto.com/camaro.htm

I've desided to go full upholstery. I only need to know what needs to be done to get the new ones on.
